Return & Refund

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. However, we take into account the date of your first contact to request a return. If you contact us within this 14-day period, a refund may still be possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, send us an email at info@helvez.com and return your item to our Swiss address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
